While working on print pieces, it became much easier to provide my own artwork. This resulted in illustrating mostly minimalistic cityscapes set on a hill. The client desired to have a visually tactile, so a considerable amount of texturing and distressing was involved.

This was a one-off piece to help introduce their client's parishioner's to their product. It was designed to be printed on-demand, on-location, accompanied with instructions on how to fold the piece to create a more engaging user experience with the completed piece.

I collaborated on this business card with
Graham Stinson. We wanted a card that would be sturdy, tactile, and die-cut to reflect the company's logo, which resulted in a beautifully letterpressed card with a hit of gloss on a heavy stock. It was really fun watching the employees run their fingers over the impressed areas and turning their cards to catch the light. It's this kind of experience that makes a designer's heart happy.
