About Harm Harms
Textile artist and designer Harm Harms (1945) has become known for his innovations in textile transforming techniques. In 1993 he invented the Funpump for textile painting and since 1998 he is taking the art of felting to a whole new level. Together with Meinie Wardenier he has founded the Hawar school of textile design in Oldeberkoop, the Netherlands. Here he teaches the techniques of textile painting, felting and textile manipulation.
