I'm Emma, I'm nineteen.
I want to learn how to be an active observer. Photography is what I am using to separate my schooling from my education, to teach myself about my expanding environment. They are teaching me to both respect boundaries and to cross them, to listen to people and to get to know them, to be both a visual and active learner.


I'm from New York City, and am currently attending college in St. Paul, Minnesota.
This is my attempt to begin to build an official online portfolio of images.
