Some people get a glossy look in their eyes when they talk about scuba diving. Others get glossy-eyed when they talk about music. If you are sitting there listening, you might get the idea that no matter what that person might say-- you will never totally experience what they are talking about unless you are there too. Students at the Interactive Telecommunications Program are a bit glossy-eyed about their graduate program... This is a video/documentary piece that tries to answer the question "What is ITP?"
