DESIGN FOR ALL

Workshop projects

Workshop on how design can be converted in a way that provides accessibility to people
that are visually impaired or totally blind.
The projects that I chose were two:
1. Logo for the Greek department of VIEWS (Visually Impaired Education and Work Support).
2. Entries for a project that will take place in August 2010. It's called "Greece through your senses"
and there will be blind people taking some courses or even workshops too. We had to choose
something that represents Greece and make it in a form that can become readable by blind people.
I chose to work with traditional Greek patterns. Greece is split in 12 smaller geographic areas
so I had to design 12 patterns.
For the moment there are only two which I managed to design during the workshop.
