the cake was made for the snack table of an art opening



The show was a broad overview of photography from southern Californian artists, the cake was displayed on the snack and drink table.

As the evening went on and the wine bottles emptied, a group of young hedonist intellectuals surrounded the cake and ripped it apart with there bare hands. Stuffing it into each others mouths, their groans and finger licking seemed to agree that the "piece" had reached it's end. But, I suspect there might be another end to the story.
