Support redesign

We reworked Support and made it faster, easier to use and more efficient: support.cargocollective.com

One enhancement is that it now uses Single sign-on, which means that it will log you in automatically when you're logged into your Cargo account. Data from the old support forum has been archived and is accessible via Search.
