Project Editor update

We rolled in an enhancement to the Project Editor, allowing it to be displayed on the bottom of the screen featuring a maximized contents & layout interface for content-heavy editing. It can also be set to display on the left side.

Find it in your Display Options and on the bottom of each of your Projects.
