Interactive Installation / YDreams

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities, an interactive exhibition was designed to create an immersive journey through the historically diverse Portuguese regions. Eight interactive installations allowed visitors to explore the content by gesturing, touching and playing with tangible pieces. In one installation the visitors use a flashlight to point to an illustrated house projected behind a glass, to discover how the municipalities are present in our everyday life. In another, tangible toys can be moved around an interactive table displaying an illustrated city, to provide public services and change the outcome of the city’s environment.
