This is the blog (no longer live) I designed for David Gest when he had a reality show on ITV. I did a bit of research on him and found out that he was obsessed by, and a big collector of old American theatre stuff. I thought what's the UK equivilant to that, maybe Vaudeville and Punch & Judy type stuff? So that's the visual direction I took it down.

Definitely must of got it just right because David loved it so much that he had the cover of his Autobiography re-designed to look just like it!
