Frosted Mini-Wheats promotional video on Facebook.

I made this video from a poster that had all the copy and most of the artwork. I had to come up with storyboards, transitions, additional artwork, animation and editing...in a VERY short time!

Promotion for CapriSun + Ravin Rabbids.

This microsite was entirely made in Flash and consisted of a very rich environment which moved from side to side using a parallax effect. This was controlled by the user's mouse movements. There were several "easter eggs" sections throughout the site. These were somewhat hidden at first glance, and would only open on rollover, creating a surprise factor. When these opened they displayed sound, animation and also informational dibs. All the characters were part of video clips chopped into sections, allowing different animations per character. These were also user initiated.

I collaborated on the layout design, but mostly worked on the Flash animation and programming, setting all the functionality for the user's interaction.

Home site to Kraft M&C.

The assignment was to re-introduce the brand's character "C-Rex", and emphasize KM&C claim of being "the cheesiest". All in a fun way!

At first glance the site was really simple. C-Rex and a big yellow button that he desperately wanted the user to press. He would then start a series of convincing tactics to encourage the user to interact with it. His movements would be subtle at first, but he would grow impatient if he had to wait. First he would just look at the button, then rock side to side waiting, then he would point at it, show a sign, knock on the screen...but if the user made him wait for way too long, he would finally press it himself. The sound of a siren and a red flashing light built the anticipation. All of the sudden, a big glob of gooey cheese would appear on screen, in the form of a tidal wave, or being poured from above, even shot from a cheese cannon. The cheese would fill up the screen and display the brand's slogan...and it started all over again.

This site was entirely made in Flash with video components that contained the different C-Rex animations and cheese transitions. I worked on the conceptual stage, collaborated on the layout design, illustrated sketches and storyboards to present to client and animation team, provided art direction to the animators, set the stage in Flash, programmed, edited and rendered all the videos to display accordingly, and synchronized the sound effects. The client had then requested to have a music loop playing in the site, based on the music from their tv spot. The original track was impossible to loop, so I also composed, performed and recorded a usable music clip.
