Raised in the rolling hills of Virginia, I now live and work in the slightly more vertical hills of San Francisco.

I’m all about user-centered thinking, web accessibility, and building with web standards. More generally, I love solving problems and strive to create enjoyable user interactions. Lately I’ve been interested in the persuasive behaviors behind successful UX patterns.

When not in front of my computer, I enjoy playing pickup soccer, nerding out on iPhoneography, and letterpressing goodies on an old Vandercook press affectionally named "Beluga."
