Social Media Analysis Application
Converseon, a social media and marketing consultancy, offered several software products to their clients for examination of the client brand's social media data. At the same time, Converseon's internal analysts were using a separate tool for examination of the raw data and generation of a variety of charts from it. Since Converseon was updating their backend systems, they decided to take the opportunity to consolidate the client and internal analyst tools into one unified platform.
Shown below is Phase 1 of the project which focused on the internal analyst tool as it was the most complex and had the most requirements, and would eventually serve as the foundation from which to generate the client tools.
Responsibilities: Sitemap, wireframes, competitive analysis, documentation for development, UI design, user interviews, project management
