Writing desk ‘Scrinium’ is the first furniture piece from our new series ‘Virtu’. This series arose from the previous project ‘Excavations’, which shows a unique collection of treasures, inspired by archeological excavations. Leaving the narrative element of ‘Excavations’ behind, we now focus on a series of furniture, where users can display their own collection. ‘Virtu’ gives the users the ability to combine functions such as storage and showing ones precious things. Our first piece from this series, ‘Scrinium’, gives a hind of reference to old beautiful leather decorated writing desks.
