Illustration and collaboration on art direction with Paperback on a poster for their newest film Wasted on the Young. Based on the film's thematic concerns, we decided to create an image that painted its characters in the same way. Here is short synopsis on the film:

"Shot entirely on VHS with sound recorded on 1/4" tape over the summer of 2009, Wasted on the Young is a neo-comedy that examines nostalgia, romance in the age of personal technology and the inherent immaturity of impending adulthood by participating in the ruckus rather than simple observing it" (via Wasted on the Young)
