Exppert Easy is a product that aims to help users find specialized consultants in areas such as art, law, finance, business, health and technology. The project was designed, coded and launched in a 48 hour hackathon.
It's in closed beta for now, but it should be open to the general public in the second quarter of 2015.
In this project, I worked as Information Architect and UX / UI Designer, along with Cosme Faé as Front End Developer and Cayo Medeiros as Back- End Developer.
Troca & Troca is a platform where users can exchange products, from simple things like books and clothing to more valuable items such as electronics and vehicles. The goal is to stimulate a sustainable consumption model, where people don't sell or buy products, but can exchange with others.
In this project, my role was Information Architect and UX / UI Designer, and I had the pleasure of having Erica Zambrano as Front End Developer, and Cayo Medeiros and Rodrigo Pinto as Back- End Developers.
When I was working at Globo.com, specifically in the lyrics/music product called Música, I kept wondering why the hell, with the vast collection we had, we could not have a music streaming product, with a better experience on listening to music and reading the lyrics.
So in some late nights at home, I decided to create, just for fun, a concept of how this music player could be, and this was the result :D
Estou Jogando is a social network that allows players to organize their library, share their achievements and interact with other users, helping each other in difficult parts of a game or setting a date to play together =)
I am co-founder of this Startup and lead the product design/user experience, we have a small team, me and two friends/parners, the developers Cayo Medeiros and Mauro George.
The product have a great acceptance and constantly we get positive feedback from its users.
After 3 months we launched the first version of Estou Jogando (at this point with 30K+ users), we identified some issues in the sign-up flow that caused users to give up finishing the process.
So we decided to research and understand deeply why they desist and how could we make them feel better and complete the sign-up. Then we made a Qualitative Survey and a Cooperative Evaluation with users to get the most critical points. With that information we where able to develop a MVP of a new flow fixing what we identified to make tests.
We presented this MVP to a Focus Group and listened users to get how they feel about the new process. The feedback was very positive and week after week the number of new users keep growing.
Cabe na Mala is a platform for collaborative logistics, which unites people who want products from other cities or countries and travelers have room to spare in the trunk and can bring them.
I met Ana Paula Lessa and Marcela Kashiwagi at Startup Weekend Rio - 2012, where I felt in love with the project and decided to help, developing an MVP of Cabe na Mala.
We didn't earned Startup Weekend prize, but Cabe na Mala caught investors attention and become one of the best startups in Brazil.
Now at 2014, I helped the team do re-design the product and its information architecture, Cabe na Mala earned lots of Startup awards, investments and now is being part of Seed, a accelerator program for passionate people who dream big and make things happen.
I used lean user experience design to redesign the project, so we could test and improve it with real users feedback.
Cabe na Mala is growing more every single day and becoming a much better product, helping people to find products they love and making me proud of being part of this.
The big deal about Season3 is to be the place where users go to find information about TV Shows, we made a research to understand users needs, personas, scenarios and card sorting to make sure the product deliver all this information suiting the mental model of their users.
I designed this project with Victor Montalvão and Raquel Santos, two big friends and series enthusiasts.
