Music Video Pricing:
- Shoot and Edit: ex: Civil War by Toussaint Morrison
Purely Shooting the video on location(s) and then editing the video. Price is Dependant on length of song and how many cuts/ revisions the artist is looking for.
$475-750
- VFX Video ex: Walk Thru the Wall by Toussaint Morrison
Video is shot on greenscreen, the video is subsequently edited and all vfx and motion graphics are created by me. Price ranges based on length of song, number of vfx shots, types of vfx shots, and number of cuts/revisions.
$1000 - $5000
- Lyrics Videos ex: F*** Y** by Ceelo Green
This is becoming very popular to promote the actual video itself. The price range with these videos is based on the number of motion graphics involved. if it is something more straight forward like the Ceelo video then it will be the flat $500 with a usual 2 week turn around. if it is something more complex like ex: Featherlighter by Lazlo Supreme it will be in the higher end of the scale. The more complex videos usually take a month - 1.5 months to complete.
$500-$1000
VFX Pricing:
For videos with a director already attached and an editor in place; but in need of a vfx supervisor/artist I can handle that for you. depending on shoot length/ number of vfx shots I can be booked for $50-75 an hour or if there is a preset number of shots I can work out a quote for the whole project.
$50-75 an hour or quotes based on the project.
Editing:
If a project is already shot but is looking for an editor.
The price ranges based on length of song/short and the number of revisions the client is looking for.
Music videos: $300-$500
Film: $325 day rate
Directing
If you have an editor and DP in place for you project and you just want me to direct. Depending on the number of shoot days.
Music Video: $350-$500 a day
Film: Contractual based on length of project, etc.
Of course these prices are negotiable and if the project intrigues I can be persuaded to lower prices in certain areas to make the project happen. So if you have an idea for a video get at me and lets see what we can do to make it happen for you.
