Gwen MacGregor and Sandra Rechico have had active international solo careers for the past 20 years. They have been collaborating since 2008. The project Maps in Doubt was exhibited at Mercer Union Gallery in Toronto and then traveled to Galerie B312 in Montreal Canada. This work was featured in Border Crossings Magazine in 2009 and in Dandelion Magazine, Summer 2011.

The collaboration continued with the 2011 exhibition Backtrack at the A trans Pavilion in Berlin. An article in Magenta can be seen here.The exhibition was also reviewed in the Winter 2011 issue of C magazine. New work will be included in a group exhibition curated by Peter Dykuis at the Dalhousie Art Gallery in Halifax in September 2012.

MacGregor is represented by Jessica Bradley Art + Projects. Rechico is an Associate Professor in the School of Fine Art and Music at the University of Guelph.
