T-shirt design in collaboration with art director John Clifford for Jetty's umcoming spring clothing line. Jetty is a surf and skate shop located in Little Egg, New Jersey, but they have been quickly taking over the East Coast-- from Maine all the way down to Florida. [www.JettyLife.com]

At its core, Jetty is a ultimately a lifestyle brand with a do-it and make-yourself philosophy. The spring line is focused around a hand-done uniqueness, imperfection and a certain quirkiness that is mirrored in their surfers, skaters, and customers.

Happy Socks is a fairly new company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Their mission is to bring a little fun and unexpected extra style into the workplace. To promote them, I created a nice, clean poster in Adobe Illustrator. The socks illustrated are ones they actually sell (and some I actually own)! [www.HappySocks.com]

Update: They saw this via Twitter and loved it. Mission accomplished.

What started out as a simple 'thank you' poster for a friend working at a phonebook company quickly escalated into an entire typeface. It was easy enough-- using the standard sized pages and limiting it to merely folding and cutting to make each letter. Once that was completed, it was vectored into something a bit flatter and more readable.

Roomsurf uses a tailored questionnaire to match incoming college freshmen with potential roommates, much like E-Harmony. Their success rate is alarming-- boasting over 200k users, as well as universities that recommend them to their newest students. [www.Roomsurf.com]

They first launched in 2010 and had asked for a fresher look that matched their already-existing website. The new logo is set in Gotham Book for a clean feel, paired with a bolder set of initials in BaseTwelve-Serif.
